Strength area
Strength is the basic quality for all activities, from daily to high-level sport.
Strength must always be trained , above all, correctly . It is not enough to take weights or perform a number of exercises, it takes advanced knowledge and adequate programming to improve the expression of strength without incurring chronic pain or injury.
After much research and studies , a strength training format based on Velocity Based Training has been created with training monitoring and optimization of the daily workload. This allows you to use the correct overloads according to the state of form of the day. Continuous monitoring of the work and modulation of the programming adapted according to the state of the subject.
This allows to drastically reduce injuries and structural overloads, allowing athletes to be able to train continuously to achieve the desired goals. The same goes for fitness subjects who will be able to follow highly personalized work programs.
Periodic evaluation tests will allow to verify the effects of training and the modifications induced by the various mesocycles proposed.
Functional and biomechanical evaluation of the exercises are the basis of the training program and the choice of exercises.
